The return or replacement period is 20 days from the date of purchase during which you can request a return or replacement. However, the final decision will be made after careful study of the situation by the Polelightstore team.

It is designed to give you the confidence that we support the products in our market and to make it easy to return if you are not completely satisfied with the product. You should read these terms carefully before making any purchase.
Due to the fragility of many of the products we sell, damage sometimes occurs during shipping. Do not panic! We strive to offer you the product in perfect condition. Here are our guidelines for damaged or defective items:
If your product is damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete at the time of shipment, please submit a return request on the website within 20 days.
All items must be in new resalable condition, uninstalled, and include all original packaging.
If your item arrives in defective/damaged or incorrect/incomplete condition, a refund will be issued.
Items that have been installed are not eligible for resale or returned in their original packaging, any items that are not in new condition will not be accepted, they are not refundable.
Missing Items If your order is missing any items or parts, please notify us as soon as possible and no later than 20 days after delivery.

If you are not satisfied with an item you purchased from polelightstore, you can initiate a return within 20 days of delivery for a return, provided the item is in its original condition and packaging. Items that have been used or altered in any way are not refundable. See the next section if the item was delivered damaged or defective; other terms and conditions may apply.
We recommend that you check the packaging of the merchandise before accepting the merchandise from the carrier. If the package or item appears to be damaged upon delivery, you should take a photo of the damage and you can report it to the carrier and refuse delivery. In this case, please report the problem within the applicable time periods above and you can choose to receive a replacement or refund.
If a separate part, glass part, or other lamp components or accessories are delivered damaged, this replacement part will be shipped to you free of charge.
An important note regarding carriers: If you choose to use your own carrier to ship the item, or if you export the item outside of the United States yourself or through another carrier, Polelightstore will not be responsible for replacement or refund of any damage, or defective items. You must not include polelightstore in any export documentation.
If you choose to receive a refund for eligible items, the purchase price and applicable sales tax will be refunded. Damaged or defective items (and any other items in this order if they are part of a kit) will also receive a refund of any amount you paid through polelightstore to ship the item to you. For items that are not damaged or defective, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs (regardless of whether the item was shipped by parcel or freight).
The return process begins after the team has thoroughly verified the quality of the returned product. This can take up to 2 days. If your request is approved, your amount will be refunded to the same account you used to make the payment at polelightstore within 5-10 days of the refund request.
