Item processing time is 4-5 working days, we will deliver via international courier company, which will deliver your order safely. order will be delivered within 15-20 days to USA, delivery time will vary by location & vary for other countries.

Shipments Delay at Customs:

The courier company usually takes care of the customs clearance procedure. In case the shipment is delayed during the customs clearance process due to the absence or lack of proper documents/paperwork/declaration/state license or certificates required from a “Recorded Importer”:

If the “Recorded Importer” fails to provide the required paperwork and documents to customs authorities and as a result the product(s) are confiscated by customs, Polelightstore will not issue a refund. Therefore, we strongly recommend that you prepare in advance and provide relevant documents as requested by customs authorities.

If the package is returned to our warehouse due to missing/absent documents etc. on the part of the customer, the refund will only be made after deduction of the cost of return from the purchase price of the goods. Shipping and customs charges will not be included in the refund

Undeliverable Shipments

When a shipment is approved by customs authorities, the concerned courier company will contact the customer and arrange for order delivery:

In the event the Customer fails to respond, refuses to accept delivery, or refuses to pay applicable duties and taxes due to the carrier upon delivery. The parcel will be sent back to the country of origin.

If the shipment is not returned or the product(s) is non-returnable, the customer is not eligible for a refund.
